Founded in 2016, WRAP Engineering is directed by Rob Holovka, Steve Beer, James Vercoulen and Kavita Gusain, who bring innovative, responsive approaches to projects. With locations in Victoria, Queensland, and New South Wales, we deliver high quality projects around Australia.

Rob, Steve, James and Kavita have each developed extensive careers with many years’ prior experience as principal consultants in major building services or sustainability firms, responsible for delivering myriad Australian projects.

Based on the Directors’ combined experience of over 85 years across all property sectors, and their detailed knowledge of construction processes, WRAP Engineering specialises in providing building services engineering and sustainability solutions that work in the built environment. Our holistic approach considers whole-of-life building issues, ultimately bringing extra value to our clients.

At WRAP Engineering, we build strong, ongoing relationships based on reliability and trust. During design phases, our highly collaborative processes promote innovation and integration on projects. We respect aesthetic intent and tailor our solutions to align with required project quality and value outcomes.

During construction, we communicate regularly with contractors to identify possible issues early, ensure conformance, and deliver quality outcomes. We carry out regular inspections and are intimately involved in testing and commissioning. We facilitate practical completion, certificates of occupancy and building handover.
