Approximately 25 per cent of our staff is made up of ‘cadets’ (which, in building services, means engineers with up to five years’ experience - when they can officially apply for registration).
This creates entry-level employment opportunities, and also helps support future industry capability via professional training and exposure.
The Major Projects Skills Guarantee (MPSG) requires minimum ten per cent of labour for applicable projects to be delivered by apprentices, trainees and cadets – WRAP Engineering truly exceeds this.
