A new triple-storey facility on a 3,500 sqm site, offering 3,000 sqm NLA of commercial area, end-of-trip facilities, parking for 119 cars, a breakout area and rooftop amenity, plus the level 1 mental health hub fitout for the Tasmanian Department of Health.
