The refurbishment of a destination hotel, events and conferencing facility on a 1.6 ha site at the edge of Geelong's Botanic Gardens. Featuring seven conference rooms, 46 accommodation suites, a restaurant, lounge and bar, the project by BEKL has a clear focus on sustainability and energy efficiency.
