An $85 million, 14-level boutique hotel with 191 guest rooms, two basement levels, a bar, gym, function spaces, ground-level dining and a rooftop restaurant. WRAP Engineering provided the building services design. Designed by Kennedy Nolan and constructed by ADCO, completed in 2024.
