A new French restaurant and bar from NOMAD Group, set within Melbourne's 1891 exchange building. The 150-seat dining room features cathedral-style arches, stained glass, glass tiles, granite columns, limestone ceilings and a marble bar, while the moody eight-seat speakeasy bar is reached via a 40-seat courtyard.
