Two towers of 15 and 16 storeys rise from a shared podium, delivering 226 apartments, six retail and six commercial tenancies, plus parking for 451 cars and 34 motorbikes. WRAP provided building services, sustainability and CFD modelling. Designed by Fender Katsalidis and constructed by L.U. Simon.
