A 4,000 sqm supermarket in Hillside with BWS liquor store, home delivery and direct-to-boot services, plus 2,800 sqm of specialty retail and 350 on-grade car parks, with provisions made for future pad sites. WRAP provided the building services, with Nexus and George Rydell for Fabcot. Completed March 2025.
